Epoxy can cure in a wide temperature range to form a high-strength solid with excellent moisture resistance. Most hobbyists don't want to buy a whole gallon or even just a quart of laminating epoxy for occasional, small projects. But hardly anyone sells lamintating epoxy in small quantities. This kit from Rayplex is enough to meet my hobby needs for a year or more.
The only issue I had is that the label for the hardener bottle is too large and wraps around the entire bottle so that you cannot see how much hardener is being poured using the markings on the label. But I used a 1-to-5 ratio (by weight) as recommended somewhere else on the website.
