Kevlar when combined with layers of resin results in a ‘rigid’ material that is light and has twenty times the strength of steel. For this reason it is used extensively in the manufacture of panels and wings for fighter jets, including the Eurofighter Typhoon. During the manufacture of Formula One racing cars, Kevlar® has been used for the bodywork and petrol tank of those cars but has many more uses.
This would be our strongest fabric in stock, with it far exceeding steel and even specialist metal alloys, such as magnesium alloys, used in aerospace engineering.

The material was cut very nicely with no frayed ends or anything. The customer service is also good. It also arrived very quickly. The only problem I had was I could not cut it. You absolutely NEED the Kevlar cutting scissors it will make the quality of the cut so much better. Other than that which is my fault this is good material and I will likely be buying more Kevlar and other materials from this company.
