FRP Smooth Flat Rollers
FRP Smooth Flat Rollers are used to push glass evenly into corners both before and after the vacuum bag is applied. They are available in different sizes, including 1.5" x 3/4", 1.5" x 1", 1.5" x 1.25", and 1.5" x 1/2". These rollers are designed to remove air from fiberglass/epoxy laminates during the layup process. They have a strong, small diameter with deep grooves and thin fins that provide excellent air release. Proper usage of these rollers will dramatically reduce
the number of voids and help to maintain consistent part thickness.
