Fiberglass Flat Sheet
RayGlass structural flat sheets are offered in three standard systems:
RayGlass ‘E’ — Fire retardant, polyester, Red Colour. General-purpose composite manufactured in a fire retardant isophthalic polyester resin system. The standard colours are Red. These sheets are used in the electrical industry for items such as switchgear cabinets and other industrial electrical equipment. UL File no E132409 also E136182 Class 180 and Class 220
RayGlass ‘M’ — Non-fire retardant, polyester, Gray colour. General-purpose composite manufactured with a non-fire retardant general purpose polyester resin system. The standard colour is Gray. Typical end-use products for this material are flooring, access panels, bulkheads and wherever a lightweight but still composite panel is required. Can be easily machined and shaped, ideal to replace metal and wood parts where improved insulation, corrosion resistance and weight reduction is required.
RayGlass ‘C’ — Exterior Grade Sheet, WHITE colour. A superior grade composite manufactured in a non-fire retardant resin system. The standard colour is WHITE. The Sheet material is general used for dasher boards, kick plates and rub rails in outdoor rinks. The sheet expands and contracts the same small amount as aluminum making it a ideal sheeting material for outdoor rinks. The colder is gets, the tougher the composite FRP material is.

RayGlas‘M’ — Non Fire retardant, vinyl ester, gray color. A superior grade composite manufactured in a fire retardant and highly corrosion resistant vinyl ester resin system. The standard colour is beige.
RayGlas ‘C’ — Non-fire retardant, polyester, white colour. General-purpose composite manufactured with a non-fire retardant general purpose polyester resin system. The standard colour is white .
